Today was a definite sick day for me, lots of rest and comforting bland foods. I decided to make this to share with all of you how I get through feeling awful while still trying to stay healthy. I had loads of tea and tried to make sure I was still getting enough protein and energy (carbs) to keep my body running and fighting! As much as I wanted to get out because I stayed in bed most of the day I’ll be able to return to most of my normal activities tomorrow and am feeling better quickly. :)
1. Jump rope for 2 minutes.
