Hi! I'm Dre :) Wonderful age of 21
I'm proud to say that I don't have a "goal weight" anymore. How many pounds I weigh is no longer important to me. Don't get me wrong, I still weigh and measure myself every week, but it's only for the purpose that I make sure I don't get off track and start falling into my old habits. My ultimate goal is to be fit, healthy, and toned. I want to be confident in a two piece. I'm still not there yet, but I'll get there one day :)
One thing I can say is that since I've started this journey, I'm happy!

Today was a definite sick day for me, lots of rest and comforting bland foods. I decided to make this to share with all of you how I get through feeling awful while still trying to stay healthy. I had loads of tea and tried to make sure I was still getting enough protein and energy (carbs) to keep my body running and fighting! As much as I wanted to get out because I stayed in bed most of the day I’ll be able to return to most of my normal activities tomorrow and am feeling better quickly. :)
